Park policies
- Reservations are made through management: Judd Hudson, (254) 205-5272, management@lakeliferv.com.
- Check-in from 1:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month, in advance. Monthly guests pay a one-time $150 security deposit. Unpaid rent carries a late fee of $10 per day.
- Monthly RV and apartment residents complete a background screening before move-in, paid to the screening service directly.
- Guests keep current vehicle registration, RV insurance and liability insurance covering the RV and its occupants. The park does not insure guests’ property or vehicles.

Park rules
Driving and vehicles
- The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
- Do not block the driveway of any site or obstruct the roads.
- All vehicles and RVs must run, be properly maintained, look neat and have current registration. Approval for long-term stays is at management’s discretion.
- No tents, pop-up trailers, or RVs without a working toilet, water and septic system may stay longer than two weeks.
Sites and hookups
- Sewer connections may be buried no more than six inches deep. Do not use chemicals that could damage the septic system — ask management if unsure.
- Only human waste and toilet paper go into the septic system. Wipes, feminine products and other materials are strictly prohibited.
- Wrap and protect water lines in freezing weather. If a frozen line damages the main water system, the guest pays for the repair.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to their site, including the electrical, water and sewer connections.
- Keep your site clean and orderly — no trash, clutter or personal items stored outside the RV. With management’s approval, sealed bins may be kept fully hidden under the RV, and one small, neat storage cabinet beside it if space allows.
- No indoor or upholstered furniture outdoors. No clotheslines.
- Washing RVs and vehicles only with management’s prior approval.
- No mechanical repairs, oil changes or lubrication. Minor repairs only with management’s approval.
- Generators only when absolutely necessary and with management’s approval.
- Renting, leasing or subletting RVs or sites requires written approval from management.
Trash
- Bag all trash, put it in the dumpster and close the lid after use.
- Tires, furniture, mattresses, paint, oil and other prohibited materials may not go in the dumpster.
Conduct and safety
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties or excessive noise.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
- No fireworks anywhere in the park.
- Firearms stay secured inside the RV. Firing a gun in the park is strictly prohibited.
- No public intoxication. Illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
- Open fires only in designated fire pits or approved propane fire pits that can be shut off. Put any fire completely out before leaving it.
Pets
- Pets are welcome. Keep them on a leash whenever they are outside.
- Clean up pet waste right away — waste stations are provided.
- Pets may not go onto another guest’s site.
- Do not tie, chain or leave pets outside unattended, and do not leave them outside overnight.
- Dogs on insurance-restricted breed lists may be refused at management’s discretion.
Laundry room
- Keep the laundry room clean: clear the dryer lint, take laundry out promptly when a cycle ends and throw trash away. Do not leave laundry unattended for long.
Breaking the park rules can end your stay. Management may require a guest to leave for rule violations, disruptive conduct or safety concerns, as allowed by law.
