What we collect

When you send a message through the website or contact park management (Judd Hudson, (254) 205-5272, management@lakeliferv.com), Lake Life RV Park collects your name, email address, phone number and what you choose to tell us, such as your dates, the unit you are asking about and your RV length.

The website does not take payments at this time, so no card or bank details are collected online.

Background screening

If management asks a monthly applicant to complete a background screening, it is done with an independent tenant-screening service. You give your information and consent to that service directly. The park receives the result, not your Social Security number or the underlying report, and keeps only what is needed to decide on your stay.

How we use it

To answer your messages, arrange your stay with management and keep the records a business must keep.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

Who else sees it

Our email provider (delivering messages) and our hosting provider (running the website). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

We disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the park, its residents or guests.

Cookies

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor statistics. There are no advertising trackers.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email management@lakeliferv.com or call (254) 205-5272; we keep what the law or an open agreement requires and delete the rest.

Children

The website is for adults making bookings; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
